j1887 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "j1887" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to j1887.org, the online gaming platform operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any service offered through j1887.org.
• "Account" — the individual player account registered and maintained on the j1887 platform.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the designated account currency for all j1887 players based in Pakistan.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player into their j1887 account using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other accepted payment method.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager before a Bonus Balance or any winnings derived from it may be converted to the Real Money Balance and withdrawn.

• "Services" — collectively, all features, products, and functionality accessible through j1887.org.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering an account or using any j1887 service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. j1887 maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling and will immediately close and void any account found to have been registered by a person below the minimum age. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned after verification, minus any bonus credits claimed.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active j1887 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. j1887 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances, including deposits and winnings, associated with accounts found to be in violation of this policy.

3. Account Registration

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact j1887 support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

j1887 conducts KYC verification to comply with its obligations under applicable international anti-money laundering and responsible gaming frameworks. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to j1887's satisfaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the j1887 account balance within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may require up to one business day to process depending on the sending institution. j1887 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Minimum deposit is PKR 200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no active wagering requirement is outstanding on the requested amount. 4.4 Currency

In the event of a match abandonment, void, or no result, j1887's standard void rules will apply. Pre-match and in-play bets are subject to the sportsbook rules specific to each market.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j1887 platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

11. Limitation of Liability

j1887 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party payment processing delays, internet disruptions, or other factors outside j1887's direct control may affect availability.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by j1887

j1887 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of account closure for material breach, j1887 may withhold any balance pending investigation.

12.2 Termination by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting j1887 customer support via live chat. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of pending KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

13. Amendments to Terms

j1887 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. 15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the j1887 Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any active promotion, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and j1887 with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

15.4 Language

These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
